Senior HRBP

About the Company:

A well-known, constantly evolving, NZ born tech success story now with a global backing. They have a reputation for having one of the best company cultures out there – people want to work for this business!

About the Role:

This is an immediate requirement for a seasoned HRBP to join the team on a maternity leave cover. A great opportunity to make a significant impact by driving and offering solutions and supporting “all things” HR.

This is a role where you can build on your current partnering knowledge – supporting at all levels – be it on the ground or with senior technology managers.  It will include talent planning, performance plans, metrics and data, people development, and ER – you will touch it all!

You will help roll out new initiates, be involved in various HR projects, and support the Head of P&C on BAU HR and day to day people stuff!  You know enough to be a safe pair of hands with coaching managers, but are still hungry to learn from a highly knowledgeable leader.

Now – Let’s talk about You:

You are someone who is confident, takes pride in your work, and you have a wonderful way about you – knowing how to influence and engage at any level with technically minded stakeholders.

Your knowledge of NZ legislation goes without saying, and you’ll have a proven track record as a true Business Partner capacity within a tech company or you have had technology as part of your portfolio.

Nothing really fazes you, and you don’t need your hand held.  You are practical, you draw on resources, but you know when to check in and collaborate. You juggle, you take the initiative, and you love to be a “go to person”.
