About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a core strength in sales operations, who can drive activity, pipeline generation and close rates with a high degree of predictability. The Sales Manager will be customer facing, and lead a small team of experienced sellers, who are responsible for acquiring new customers and organically growing existing accounts in the telco and digital infrastructure space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to boost activity and pipeline generation
  • Monitor and manage sales operations for high predictability in meeting targets
  • Analyse sales metrics to optimise performance and address areas for improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of experienced sellers to exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance market position and provide valuable insights to the sales team

About You:

We are looking for a commercial and ambitious Sales Manager who has the following experience.
 
  • Proven experience in sales operations, with a strong track record of driving activity, pipeline generation, and close rates
  • Relevant industry experience in telco, technology or digital infrastructure
  • Previous experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
