Calling all seasoned L&OD leaders who are available now (or within short notice) to help “re-set” the existing L&OD practices.
This is a senior opportunity, created to shift thinking and develop ‘new ways of working’ when it comes to “all things L&OD” and capability uplift. You can steer positive change and help build change resilience in others – strategising and re-prioritising, with a lens on efficiency and effectiveness learning methodologies. Your broad scope includes executive level stakeholder engagement.
About you:
- You will have managed large L&OD teams – ideally 15+.
- You have worked in highly complex organisations.
- You have ideally set up and built L&OD from scratch; or you have assessed and rebuilt L&OD initiatives and frameworks.
- You know how to achieve the same, or more – with less; yes, you’re highly strategic when it comes to L&OD, and can bring diverse experience and work methodologies to the table.…and you’re commercial!
- It goes without saying you are energetic, committed and can drive significant change in a positive and engaging manner, shifting mindsets, and bringing others on that journey. You own it, and leave a legacy behind, wherever you go!
The initial commitment is for a contractor however there is future potential for someone amazing!
