About the Role: 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for implementing comprehensive marketing communications strategies with a focus on brand reputation and customer engagement. You will support the Head of Marketing and act as their 2IC, stepping in for them as/when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  •  Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (traditional and digital) and report on campaign and brand performance in the market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility, building strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Work with the wider team (i.e. Graphic Designer, Marketing Coordinator) to oversee the creation of content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency.  
  • Develop compelling and effective content for marketing materials, campaigns, and communication ensuring consistency with Fullers360 brand.  
  • Identify, develop and collaborate with teams on new products, campaigns, and sales tools ensuring alignment with market opportunities.  
  • Build positive relationships with relevant bodies within the tourism industry and supplier network.
  • Budget management.
  • Manage one direct report (Marketing Coordinator).

About You: 
  • 6+ years’ experience across marketing, brand and public relations, degree qualified.
  •  Understanding of the full marketing mix, with end-to-end campaign management experience across multiple channels. 
  • You will be strategic as well hands on with the ability to get stuck into the ‘doing’.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with tourism, travel, retail experience desirable 
  • You will be a team player with the drive and determination to work towards one goal.
  • Exceptional communications and stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with and briefing external agencies. 
  • Excellent copywriting skills
