About the Role:
- Office Management: Maintain office efficiency; This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities access and management.
- You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Auckland based executives, including scheduling meetings, co-ordination of diaries, expenses, and making travel arrangements for the executives and Auckland staff.
- Facilities management; you will be responsible for managing any property/ facilities issues which arise.
- Event Coordination: you will assist the CEO’s EA in organising company events, meetings, conferences, and other special events as required. Administrative Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as required
About You:
- You will have previous experience in an administration role; this could be a really good step up for somebody with a couple of years admin experience
- You will have intermediate skills in the MS office suite
- You will be a strong verbal and written communicator
- You will have the confidence to be autonomous in your role
- You will have a good sense of humour and be able to manage relationships internally and externally
