About the Role:
- You'll be the welcoming face serving and selling to customers in a fantastic Bay of Plenty store
- Daily, you'll use your excellent systems and product knowledge to drive sales, deliver top-notch retail and customer service, and offer effective solutions
- You'll also assist customers through virtual chat messaging, email, phone calls and face to face interactions
- Your adaptable and positive approach will enhance all customer interactions, supporting them throughout their journey
About You:
- You will come equipped with a willingness to learn and am openness to an ever-changing workplace
- Customer focused experience and ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- A desire to work closely with a supportive and driven team
