About the Role:
 
  • Reporting into the experience Digital Enablement Manager this is  great opportunity for an intermediate level Content Designer Specialist to join an organisation with ambitious goals to really grow your career with the great opportunities, learnings, working with partners and processes on offer.  The official title is “Digital Content Specialist”
  • This awesome opportunity is tasked to  create excellent customer experiences through the creation of compelling digital content and engaging storytelling to deliver easy customer journeys.
  • This includes planning, producing and publishing content across digital channels to drive customer advocacy, simplifying customers’ digital journeys, and empowering customers to easily access information and services without the need for assistance.
  • This role is unique as it is a mix of BAU (being brand guardian of the website and taking internal stakeholder briefs and ensuring  the content is rewritten, meets style and accessibility guidelines, SEO) as well as working closely with Product Owners and UX Designer  regarding content requirements, helping write and shape the content for the ultimate user experience and the website/app

About You:
 
  • You will be excited by the opportunity of a hybrid role that is mainly BAU digital content coupled with being a UX writer.
  • You will have  intermediate level experience creating, producing and publishing digital content on a website/app and shaping/creating copy optimising new or updated customer journeys.
  • You will have CMS experience (e/g Umbraco), accessibility, SEO and analytics tools and platforms.
  • You thrive being part of a  bustling digital marketing team, supported by your line manager at the same time comfortable working autonomously on owned projects, managing priorities with an open minded, big picture mindset and at times comfortable with ambiguity. You will be able to prioritise your workload well in this complex organisation.
  • You will have excellent written/oral communication,  project management and relationship management skills, used to working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders (e.g. Digital Performance Manager, Product Owners,  UX/UI designers)
  • You are positive, upbeat, collaborative, resilient, super organised, thrive in a fast pace with a let’s get on with it attitude and be ready for the opportunity to work within a world class business/team and grow your career in this unique and challenging role that will look great on your CV.
