About the Role:

This is a temporary role, initially for 6 weeks, based in South Auckland. A traditional EA role, providing support to the Chief Executives. This is a busy and fast paced role and will suit someone that has initiative and is able to think on their feet.

Key areas of responsibility are to:

  • Managing and maintaining complex and busy calendars for 2 Chief Executives
  • Handling travel arrangements and ground transportation
  • Facilitating external communications on behalf of the executives, including email correspondence and phone calls
  • Booking and coordinating meeting
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and documentation as needed
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team

About You:

Coming from a previous EA role, you will have strong commercial acumen and highly professional communication skills. Governance experience will be a bonus!

You will take pride in your ability to seamlessly organise and coordinate every aspect of the busiest day, truly acting as a ‘right hand’ to those you support.  You will be able to commit to full time hours of Monday – Friday and be based on site in Mangere for the duration of the assignment.

You ideally have:
 
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and high emotional intelligence
  • Resilience to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • A ‘roll up your sleeves’ proactive attitude
