About the Role:

  • You will provide relevant and timely input to the annual strategy and business planning process; be responsible for budgets and ensure this is communicated and reinforced into daily operations
  • You will be responsible for understanding the organisations business performance against its goals and proactively manging this to support revenue targets being achieved
  • You will help develop and maintain a high performance mindset and culture through your leadership of a small direct team who in turn will implement and influence across the wider business.
  • You will be responsible for employee satisfaction and work with team members to ensure the team is engaged and the teams are performing and feel valued.
  • You will be responsible for client satisfaction; take care of escalations with clients and have empathy to deal with the nature of the client interactions.

About You:
  • You will have experience in an Operational role previously within a commercial environment.
  • Experience in Professional Services/ Healthcare/ Consultancies would be advantageous.
  • You will have experience and understanding of a P+L; understanding what drives a P+L and be able to understand variances and act on those.
  • This is a people focused role; this requires somebody with the soft skills and empathy to manage and build relationships internally and externally; you must enjoy working with people.
