About the Job:

You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on providing excellent customer service whilst liaising with internal parties to ensure that information about their products is being provided accurately.
This fast-paced environment with a highly varied workload requires technical product knowledge to support trade professionals like plumbers, electricians, merchants, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that information and administrative service is delivered to customers and other external and internal contacts.
  • Managing order processing, credit notes, and website inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide contract and export quotes, documentation, and shipping information to customers.
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service roles.
  • Notable attention to detail skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve and multi-task.
  • Suitable team fit across personality, work style, and team culture.
