About the Role:

This is a crucial role sitting across all Auckland warehouse sites - reporting directly to, and acting as 2IC to the Head of Warehousing. You’ll be involved at a strategic level while also having a keen focus on shorter term operational performance and the development of warehouse managers and their teams on the floor. We are looking for someone with a real passion and enthusiasm for warehousing excellence and who wants to be a part of the ongoing growth occurring within the company. This is a key operational role and will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to truly make their mark.

About You:

You’ll be a senior warehousing leader with a track record in 3PL and managing multiple sites. You’ll need both a strategic lense and a thorough understanding of the realities of daily warehousing operations – to bring the best out of both teams and processes. The idea will be to get under the hood, so you’ll need to be analytical and enjoy finding root causes, then working back up from there. You’ll be a communicator, a collaborator, a leader and an operational guru. We are looking for someone who wants to take charge and help drive continued growth and success. Your goal will be to improve and inspire, and to exceed both customer and company expectations.
