About the Role:

This role will focus on the end-to-end customer experience. You will support customers with enquiries, manage their experience from enquiry to close and provide support in the warehouse where required. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing customer enquiries face to face, on the phone and via email

• Generating new business via telemarketing and using your inquisitive nature to delve into what further requirements your customers may have

• Prepare purchase orders

• Accurately process and input information

• Support the warehousing team where required (this will include heavy lifting)

About You:

We are looking for someone with a natural curiosity and a desire to muck in and support your team across all areas. You will be someone who enjoys the challenge of being responsible for growth. Specifically, we are looking for:

• Experience in customer service, telesales or sales support

• Trade or building industry exposure

• Strong technical knowledge (SAP desirable)

• Ability to lift 15kg +

• Full driver's license (you will likely receive forkhoist training)
