Here at Tribe, we are looking for individuals with experience in all things finance related, either as a component of an admin role OR experience from an accounts titled role.
We are seeking candidates who are dedicated to providing exceptional, customer-oriented, friendly, and efficient financial services, assisting in various aspects of financial management..
About the Role:
You will be comfortable to support across one or many of the following areas as needed:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Credit Control
- Payroll Administration
And ideally will have exposure to the following:
- Overseeing credits, receipts, and payments
- GST returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintaining journals
- Support with budget, cost centre management, and reporting
- High quality data entry and transactions processing
About You
To be successful in these roles, you must have experienced working within a finance related role, and familiarity with finance systems will be an advantage - think Xero, MYOB or SAP. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, as well as work unsupervised, taking responsibility to be organised and meet timeframes provided.
Ideally, you will be immediately available, but we would like to hear from you pre-emptively, too.
Other key skills required:
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, SAP, Netsuite, Oracle (or similar system)
- Intermediate use of Excel on a day-to-day basis (pivot tables, v-lookups)
