About the Role:
The future of retirement living is dynamic. As Chief Executive, you will lead St Andrew’s Village with vision and strategic direction, commercial acumen whilst ensuring exceptional care and sustainable growth to stay ahead of the curve.
Reporting to the Board, you will oversee operations, financial performance, resident experience, and workforce development. Your leadership will strengthen the organisation’s culture, uphold its values, and drive innovation in aged care services.
About You:
You are an experienced and values-driven leader with a background which demonstrates sufficient commercial nous alongside authentic for-purpose passion, and the ability to grow the organisation and its service offerings.
With proven strategic, financial, and people leadership skills, you can navigate complex regulatory environments while fostering a culture of excellence.
Your ability to engage with residents, staff, and stakeholders will be key to continuing St Andrew’s Village’s legacy of care and innovation.
