About You:

To be successful in this role we are looking for a leader with the right heart for this work and a demonstrated track-record in a related area - experienced with similar work, clients, and the pathway of securing funding and growing in the organisations scope and reach.

The person will not need to be a sector expert in trauma, but if not, then they need to grow into this understanding very quickly.

By nature of the role, you will need to have a credible alignment with the organisation and its values and beliefs.

We see this role as more “outward facing” than inward. What that means is that they have a great SLT and need you to support them, but take a stronger focus on the outward extension of building of partnerships, funding and community profile.
