Tau Mai is an established, fast growing te ao Māori recruitment and search consultancy built on foundations of innovation with an ethos of culture first and leaving no stone unturned as we search for Māori specialist talent across Aotearoa. Supporting Aotearoa giving expression to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity and Tupuranga Mahi Māori / Supporting Māori Employment is at the heart of our kaupapa. 


Mō te tūranga  | About the Role:

You’ll support clients across te ao Māori and the private and public sectors with their recruitment needs. You’ll be exploring in-house databases and social media networks as you search for and identify suitably qualified and experienced candidates for client’s roles. Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates is part of the job, as is business development, and building strong ongoing client relationships with potential and existing clients. The role requires an ability to understand the areas of a candidate’s capability, their drivers and motivations, their suitability for roles, and their career aspirations.
