About the Role:
With the incumbent relocating, this is a great chance for a new Head of Finance to bring fresh ideas and leadership.

You’ll shape the finance function, oversee IT, and assist the CEO with HR. Your key duties will include providing decision support to the executive team while ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You'll also develop financial strategies, drive performance improvements, and support strategic initiatives.

In addition, you'll lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You'll manage recruitment, development, and performance within your team.

This role offers a clear path to grow into a more strategic CFO position, providing excellent career advancement opportunities.


About You:
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, professionally qualified accountant who knows their stuff, and when to seek external advice.

You should have strong leadership skills to boost the finance team's performance and facilitate knowledge transfer from the incumbent. You’ll need to have the ability to operate at a board level, gaining the CEO’s confidence and gradually assuming more strategic responsibilities.


A hands-on approach is key for developing the team and managing the complexities of a business with multiple owners, including offshore interests.

Experience in financial planning, budgeting and risk management is a must. You should be driven, good at problem-solving, and capable of driving team performance.


This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact and grow into a strategic CFO role over time.
