We are thrilled to announce that The Tile Depot has appointed Seith Harrison as General Manager after an executive search conducted by Tribe Leadership.
The Tile Depot, established in 1995 as a family-run Kiwi business, has grown to become one of New Zealand's largest importers and retailers of quality tiles. At its core is a commitment to maintaining a special culture built around good people and strong family values. In 2021, the family sold 50% of the business to Private Equity investment firm Castlerock, marking a seamless progression that has positioned the company to strengthen its market share through expansion and acquisition.

With over 20 years of leadership experience Seith brings a proven track record of delivering results and driving growth. Most recently, he spent 8 years leading operations at Independent Timber Merchants, following senior roles at The Pallet Company and PlaceMakers, where he oversaw regional and commercial operations across multiple sites. Seith is known for his expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and operational excellence
