We are thrilled to announce that BoardPro has appointed Charles (Charlie) Nowaczek as Chief Executive Officer after an executive search conducted by Tribe Leadership.
Charles is an experienced technology executive with a strong focus on scale-ups in SaaS and platform environments. Most recently, Charles has been Chief Operating Officer for Serko Ltd (NZX/ASX: SKO) since 2017, supporting the business through significant growth. Previously, Charles held key leadership roles in digital media scale-ups and management consulting in the US. His commercial acumen and operational management expertise, in both Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally, will be tremendous assets for BoardPro.
