With a background in engineering and business, Carly has over two decades in diverse leadership roles across all aspects of technology and operations. She has a successful track record of leading large teams across multiple locations and delivering substantial performance improvements. Along the way Carly has led transformative digital programmes, managed global suppliers and driven performance improvement through technology, people and process change making her an exceptional new addition to Arvida's leadership team.
