NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - INDIGENOUS
COUNCIL OF DEANS OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY (ANZ) LTD

About the Organisation:
 
The Council of Deans of Nursing and Midwifery (ANZ) is seeking a Non-Executive Director, Indigenous to join the Board. The CDNM is a member-based organisation whose purpose is to lead and represent nursing and midwifery education and research in Australian and New Zealand higher education institutions that offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs leading to qualification as a registered nurse or registered midwife. The CDNM recently incorporated as a company and is establishing a new Board which will contain a mix of elected and non-elected directors.


About You:

We are open to receiving applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences and are seeking at least one individual with experience in Finance and Audit Committees or similar. You are encouraged to apply if:
• You have relevant experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industries
• You are not currently employed by a member organisation of CDNM
• You have relevant experience in finance, legal or marketing/media relations.
• You have the time and dedication to commit to a 2-year term as a Board Member
• You have relevant corporate governance education.

Remuneration: the majority of meetings are conducted electronically and for meetings involving personal attendance expenses will be covered.
