About the Role:
Reporting to the National H&S Manager you will be their key conduit -ensuring business strategy, Health & Safety standards, and best practice are playing out across the construction and development team– with positive impact in the field.
As an educator and masterful influencer, stakeholder management is at the forefront for this role, establishing effective H&S partnerships across this team.
You will innovate around future-focused strategy, whilst being on the ground driving operational effectiveness - and you are comfortable in both spaces. Onsite presence is a given - engaging at every level. You’ll be out and about nationally, so yes, you like to travel and you like being amongst it!
Continuous improvement, collaboration, communication, and consistency = EXCELLENCE. Excellence is what you’ll strive for, be it:
- H&S practices and legislative knowledge
- Development and design of strategy, frameworks, and processes
- Onsite liaison and stakeholder engagement

About You:

First and foremost – your H&S capability is extremely well honed and has been developed across high-risk environments. You know the construction world and have building industry experience to complement your H&S expertise.
You bring solutions, not problems; you empower others and collaborate; and you take appropriate initiatives – knowing when to front-foot things before anyone even realises there’s a pending risk! You live H&S, you are on to it, and you just think differently!
