About the Role:
- Newly created role
- On-site role that will help lead, drive and promote a safety-first culture across multiple sites
- You are advising and coaching leadership on best safety practices and legislation compliance
- You are going to develop and deliver safety strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
- You are going to implement strategies and ensure H&S standards are met at all levels in the business
About You:
You will ideally have about 5+ years of experience in H&S, and a thorough understanding of NZ Health and Safety legislations.
Experience in a blue collar, complex environment is a plus, and you can positively influence those around you while boldly shaping and changing people's thinking. You have a “safety-first” approach, and your problem-solving abilities are exceptional.
