About the Role:
 

  • Serve as the main link between different Business Services teams (like Services, IT, HR, and Finance) and the legal teams to solve problems.
  • Assist with planning, administration, and follow-up for team events.
  • Manage the CRM database.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to key client support.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of files.
  • Proactively resolve finance-related inquiries in coordination with the finance team, legal team, Practice Manager, and Billing and Reporting Coordinator.
About You:
 
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in legal or professional services administration, or an understanding of legal processes or how a law firm operates.
  • Proficient in MS Office and adept at swiftly learning new systems and software.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, taking pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, eager to learn and adapt
